- Schools & Libraries

Our summers are often spent in schools. During the short
10-week summer school vacation, we provide life safety improvements at many
suburban Chicago elementary, middle, and high schools. We've also
constructed many new schools in the south suburbs.
Funding programs for construction of libraries have come in waves over
our nearly 60 years in business. We've built libraries for Tinley
Park, Riverdale, the Hegewisch neighborhood of Chicago, and the
Woodlawn-Washington Park neighborhood of Chicago. In addition, we've remodeled many
others.

- Retail & Commercial

We enjoy seeing our retail and commercial clients update their
look! Working with their designers or ours, we can help you bring
customers in the doors. Window shopping turns into sales.
Recently we've worked with LaBamba to bring their Mexican cuisine to
downtown Chicago, Hinsdale Furriers to show how to keep warm in the midwest
winters, and Living Word Christian Ministries to bring David Samuel's fine
apparel to Forest Park.
- Government Buildings

There's hardly a government building in Chicago where we haven't
been! We've done major and minor remodeling at federal, state, county,
and city structures over the years. We've provided historical
renovation services, spruced up lobbies and toilet rooms, upgraded security
measures, and gutted and fit out entire floors of high rises to help
government employees work more efficiently.
You'll recognize the names of FEMA, EPA, Thompson Center, Bilandic
Building, County Building, City Hall, Central Police Headquarters as users
of our services.
